Just for a change I´m going to tell you about a specific house to let in Mallorca. Though no house to let in Mallorca is quite the same, by any stretch of the imagination, I hope this will give you a better idea as to what is on offer and what to look out for when you book your holiday house with us.
This particular holiday house to let in Mallorca is a townhouse in the old town of Pollensa. Advertised as CASA OASIS Ref. POL03, it is on Carrer Roca Tomás, a small street in Pollensa’s oldest quarter, what an American would call quaint. And it is really, it is as charming as you get, a traditional 3 storey Mallorcan townhouse, built in local sandstone, in the small winding streets hidden away beween the main square and and the Calvario Steps.
Letting a holiday house in town makes for a whole different level of easy; walking distance to all the bars, cafes and restaurants, a minute’s walk from the main square, Sunday market and shops. Parking can be a hassle in the middle of Summer, but you can always drive by the house to drop off luggage, shopping, people, etc, and then go and park it elsewhere.
A house to let in Mallorca will give you the ease of movement and practicality of being in town, but you needn’t forfeit the luxury of your holidays. And a townhouse to let in Mallorca with a pool will give you the very best of both worlds; a private haven of calm within the city walls, a sense of privacyamongst the bustle, bang in the middle of it all.
Just so you know a little about the north of Mallorca, and have a sense of where this house to let in Pollensa actually is, let me help you get your bearings. The house to let in Mallorca is 300 m from the shops, cafes, restaurants and the main plaza, 400 m from the bus station at the edge of town, 3 km from the golf course, Pollensa Golf, 7 km from the coast, sandy beaches, marina and lively pubs and cafes in Puerto Pollensa, 7 km from the coves in the tiny holiday resort of Cala San Vicente and 50 km from the airport in Palma de Mallorca.
This house in Mallorca may be a traditional townhouse in a small medieval village in Mallorca, but it has been fully refurbished and comes with a private pool in the garden and modern, open plan interiors with living and dining areas spreading out through open glass doors onto the shaded seating area outdoors.
The three en-suite bedrooms are all upstairs on the first floor; two twins and one double all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Another flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with a large double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities, air conditioning, wardrobes and a private sun terrace. It comes with things like an iron, a safe and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with al the mod-cons: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
And there is wifi and air con obviously.
The terrace is rather lovely, all white with patches of the original sandstone wall peering through. There is an external dining table on the outdoor terrace with a gas barbecue sunbeds, relaxing sun chairs and a swimming pool which can also be heated at an additional cost.
A cleaning lady will change the linen once a week and towels every 4 days. There is also complimentary wi-fi connection in and outdoors. You may be on holiday, but there is no need to completely disconnect, unless you want to, of course.
You can book extra beach/pool towels, a ping pong table can be set up in the patio and a second cot or high chair, the first set is included, at an extra cost.
Arriving late a your house to let in Mallorca can leave you feeling a little jaded, especially if you are travelling with children. You can pre book a welcome pack or a full shop. There are several to choose from, from regular, traditional Mallorcan foods and drinks, cava reception, baby packs and a full supermarket shop with everything you need. This way your house to let in Mallorca will feel like home from the very start.
Extra cleaning can be arranged, as can a taxi to and from the airport (45 minute's drive), airport transfers, and for some real pampering, a one hour massage at your house to let in Mallorca.

Arrival is after 2 pm and departure is at 10 am, and this is generally true of most rentals. A house to let in Mallorca will allow certain flexibility, but if you are leaving late you may be charged extra as this would stop the house from being rented until the following day.
