La Mitrana - Bonaire - Bay of Pollensa - Mallorca
It may seem ludicrously early to be thinking about the summer holidays, but once the booking season starts, there's no stopping it, and those who get left behind will be left with the crumbs. As much as last minute may sound like a good deal, it rarely ever is. As demand begins to outstrip supply most of your bigger holiday expenses; flights, car hire, rental villa... if anything, will become more expensive. And more often than not, the best properties are simply not available anymore, forcing you to stay in areas which are more remote, too busy or simply not what you were looking for.
Having said this, we will always strive to find our clients a happy alternative, and given the amount of luxury holiday homes on offer on the north coast of Mallorca, we can usually find a good match.
Uncannily Feng Shui in location, with the mighty Serra de Tramuntana Mountains to the west and the Mediterranean Sea lapping at the northern and east coast, this part of the island is beautiful, accessible and friendly. A favoured destination for nature-loving, cycling, retired, romantic, relaxed, holistic, family and romantic holidaymakers, safe and crime-free, with bucolic landscapes and exceptional cuisine.
The area is invariably referred to as Pollensa, but comprises the nearby villages of Campanet and Sa Pobla, the walled town of Alcudia and the entire north coast of the island with its resorts, fishing villages and coastal town; Cala San Vicente, Formentor, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia, strip of land that runs along the foothills of the northern Tramuntana, across the plains and into the sea, with Pine and holm oak forests, fig, olive and carob trees, orchards, vineyards and mashes.
There are wonderful beaches in the north of Mallorca - some are endless strips of white sand, others pebbled and tiny, the harbours offer safe haven to a colourful meddley of fisherman boats and super yachts, and the properties cover the spectrum from simple white washed bungalows on the water's edge to state of the art, hilltop mansions with sea views.

Some properties are in a category of their own, exceptional regardless of their location, others, because of it. Villa La Font somehow is both.
